COED SPORTS CAMP AGES 13 -17
Basketball, soccer, volleyball, badminton, swimming, fitness and weight lifting. Physical activity is essential to children’s well being and helps to build confidence. Team play or individual sport pursuits develops resiliency, challenges comfort zones, and opens awareness to a healthy lifestyle balance which can last a lifetime. Snacks and hot lunch provided.
COED JUNIOR CAMP AGES 9 - 12
A balance of sports, art and relaxation. Yoga and meditation introduction to teach healthy stress management. Art to nurture the creative spirit, swimming and sport play to burn off energy. Snacks and hot lunch provided.
LITTLE KIDS CAMP AGES 6 - 8
We will keep your energetic kids happy with lots of play, sports, arts and crafts. Relaxation with introduction to yoga, stretching and breathing techniques to help manage day to day stresses. Hot lunch and snacks.
